Essentially, we are just like any other team member in your workplace - except we are not physically there. We operate purely remotely, therefore our services are based around tasks that can be completed from outside of your physical office space by accessing the necessary data and tools to do so.

Let's be honest, the pros by far outweigh the cons, but here's some good reasons to get you thinking about outsourcing to us:

• Reduction in costs such as salary, laptops and office related items, as well as staff training.
• Efficiency increase by outsourcing non-core business tasks, leaving your onsite team available to handle tasks that actually need to be completed onsite.
• Upscale your operations quickly by hiring us to assist with sudden increases in demand, without needing to rush your recruitment process. Rushing and not hiring the perfect person for the position will cost you more long-term.
• More time to work ON your business, rather than IN the business, this is the main complaint we hear from business owners - that there is just not enough time to spend on development.

We keep it super simple:

1. You let us know you need our help

2. We work together on the finer details

3. We provide a recommendation and Service Agreement

4. Once agreed, signed and deposit received - we get to work! 

While you are most welcome to engage us on a regular basis, ie x amount of hours per week or per month, we are definitely available for once-off tasks. You might even find yourself scheduling us for more tasks or projects throughout the year, and that's completely fine too - we love our repeat clients! 

In order to support you with flexibility to your specific needs, we offer our admin solutions with a variety of pricing options.

Please note all pricing options require a completed Service Agreement and deposit paid before we are able to commence any work. To provide more specific pricing, it's best that we understand exactly what you need done, so let's connect! 

We prefer direct payment via bank transfer, details are provided on our invoices.

Depending what you need support with, most programs we can log in remotely (as an example think outlook, Googledrive etc). We use LastPass which is a secure password manager that saves, stores, and organises your passwords and logins in an encrypted vault on your device. By using this password manager you never have to reveal your actual software passwords or logins to us. For further information about their system visit www.lastpass.com 

Both parties recognise that it may be necessary during the engagement for the Client to reveal confidential information to Carmix Collective. We (Carmix Collective) agree not to disclose, divulge, reveal, report or use, for any purpose, any Confidential Information which we have obtained, except as authorised by the Client or as required by law and will undertake reasonable commercial measures to maintain the confidential nature of the Confidential Information.

We agree to safely and securely store any Client provided access details, logins, passwords or similar information provided to us by the Client during the engagement.  Further information is contained within our Privacy Policy and within our Service Agreement which is provided during the engagement process.
